If you have previously applied for health or dental insurance with an agent or service center representative, you will need an access code to connect your insurance plan to this new online account.
If you don't have your access code, please call our service center at (855) 708-4590 during regular business hours.
New Users
If you are new to Covered California, you do not need an access code. Visit the Sign In page and select “Create an Account” to register.
